Questions we hear from owners.

My staff do not want to be on camera.

That is completely fine. We only film team members who have given us their explicit permission. We take care with this but cannot guarantee there will be no incidental captures of staff while we film.

When do you film?

On a schedule you approve and planned around your service.

How much of my time does this take?

Aside from onboarding, a yes or no on each post. Planning, filming, editing, captions and posting are ours.

Where are you based?

We are a social media marketing agency in Calgary, Alberta. We work with restaurants across Calgary and we are expanding to Airdrie. Other local businesses are welcome too.

Do views actually bring people in?

Views alone do not fill a dining room and we will never pretend they do. We plan posts made to travel alongside posts that put a dish, a price and your address in front of people nearby. Your monthly report shows both.

What if the numbers do not move?

If your account qualifies for our 30 Day Guarantee and we do not beat your last 30 days of Instagram views in our first 30 then your next month is free.

Do you use AI?

Only if you want it. The AI add-on brings AI-generated reels and visuals into your plan and we also offer commercial-grade AI for ads.

What is AI advertising?

It is video and imagery made with AI from photos of your own food and space. It suits ads and launch campaigns where a full shoot is not practical. You approve every piece before it goes out.

Do you take one-time projects?

Yes of course. The 90 Day Feed Plan is a one-time project and food photography can be booked on its own.

How does pricing work?

We will give you a fixed quote on the call before you commit to anything. A deposit secures your shoot date.
